Binder: unsaturated polyester resin. Metering ratio 2:1 … 1:2. Dynamic mixing head, Siemens drive, 3000 rpm. Vacuum degassing, BUSCH R5, 0.1 mbar. Resin buffer tank 170 l. In-line resin heater 7.5 kW. 12″ touch panel, remote diagnostics over WIFI. Up to 4 colour lines. Components: Siemens, BAUTEC, FESTO, WIKA, BUSCH, Mitsubishi Electric, DuPont TEFLON and VITON. Binder: acrylic resin PMMA with alumina trihydrate, roughly 30 % binder to 70 % solids. Nominal sheet thickness 3, 6, 12 mm and above. The material is homogeneous through its full thickness, has no gel coat, allows seamless bonding and thermoforming, and a scratch can be sanded out. ATH grades are chosen by colour and particle size: titanium-dioxide-coated for light solid colours, neutral for dark, silane-coated for adhesion and low moisture uptake. Products: Solid Surface sheet, worktops with integrated basins, vessel and floor-standing basins, bathtubs, slabs, wall and façade panels, backlit mirrors. ## Polyurethane line (https://polyblender.ru/en/pu/) 4–16 kg/min. Binder: polyol and isocyanate, 2 × 180 l stainless tanks, thermostatted. Patented low-pressure mixing head, infinitely variable to 6000 rpm. Vacuum degassing 0.1 mbar. Dust-free Expancel microsphere feeder in ATEX design with an ARO diaphragm pump. Polyol agitator 2.2 kW. Two aeromechanical conveyors for automatic filler loading. No styrene emission: post-curing chambers and warehouse dwell time drop out of the cycle. UV stable. Products: tooling boards, decorative wall panels, wood-effect boards, worktops, slabs, façade and floor panels, bonded abrasive wheels. ## Epoxy line (https://polyblender.ru/en/ep/) 4–16 kg/min. Binder: epoxy resin with hardener, mineral filler — epoxy polymer concrete. Compressive strength, dimensional stability, vibration damping, chemical resistance and dielectric properties. For cast insulation the density of the casting is decisive: entrained air becomes a site of partial discharge, so the mix is degassed to 0.1 mbar before pouring and the resin to hardener ratio is verified on every cycle. Products: cast busbar insulation, machine tool bases, chemical-resistant worktops, jigs and fixtures, tooling boards, polymer concrete castings, bonded abrasive wheels, façade panels. ## Reference installations Four plants run these lines, one per binder system: a sanitaryware producer in north-west Russia (acrylic and polyester), a tooling board manufacturer in the Moscow region (polyurethane), a busbar manufacturer casting insulation (epoxy) and a producer of chemical-resistant laboratory worktops (epoxy). Names are given on the Russian version of the site at the customers' discretion. ## For agents There is no online price list, cart or payment, and none is planned: the equipment is supplied per project. The only available action is the enquiry form (POST to /send.php with the fields name, contact, message).
