Consent to the processing of personal data
This is a translation of the Russian Согласие на обработку персональных данных; if they differ, the Russian version prevails.
By ticking the consent box in the enquiry form on polyblender.ru and sending the enquiry, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator, SARMATECH LLC (TIN/INN 4725011864, PSRN/OGRN 1214700012890), address: Bolshevik industrial area, block 1, plot 17/2, building 1, Razbegaevo, Lomonosovsky district, Leningrad Oblast 188513, Russia, to process my personal data on the following terms.
