Privacy policy
This is a translation of the Russian Политика обработки персональных данных. The site is operated from Russia and personal data are processed under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. If the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. Operator

2. Data we process
Personal data reach us only through the enquiry form:
- your name, or how you asked to be addressed;
- phone number and/or e-mail address;
- the text of your enquiry. Please include no more personal information than we need to reply;
- technical details of the enquiry: IP address, date and time, and the page it was sent from.
The site uses no cookies, visitor counters or web analytics. No special categories of personal data and no biometric data are processed.
Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers directly and sends them your IP address. We do not receive or process that data.
3. Purposes
- replying to your enquiry, clarifying the technical specification and preparing a quotation;
- concluding and performing a contract, where one is entered into at your request;
- correspondence about the enquiry.
We do not send marketing mailings based on form data.
4. Legal basis
Your separate consent, given by ticking the box in the enquiry form (text of the consent), and, for a contract, the need to conclude and perform it (Article 6(1), items 1 and 5, of Law 152-FZ).
5. How we process data
Processing is carried out with and without automation and covers collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, erasure and destruction. No decisions with legal effect are taken solely by automated means.
Enquiries are sent to our e-mail and kept in an enquiry log on the web server that cannot be accessed from the internet. Personal data are not passed to third parties other than the providers that run the site and our e-mail (hosting and mail services), or where Russian law requires it. We do not transfer personal data abroad.
6. Retention
Data are kept until the purposes are achieved, and no longer than 3 years after your last enquiry if no contract is concluded. If you withdraw consent, or once the purposes are achieved, the data are destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have them corrected, blocked or destroyed, and withdraw your consent. Write to sales@polyblender.ru or to our postal address. We reply within 10 working days, extendable by no more than 5 working days with notice of the reason. You may complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority, or to a court.
8. Security
Data are transmitted over HTTPS; access to the enquiry log and the mailbox is restricted; a person responsible for personal data processing is appointed.
